Approx. 12 apples, peeled & sliced
1 t. cinnamon
½ c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
Spread apples in greased9X12 pan.Mix together other ingred. until combined & sprinkle over apples.Bake at 350 degrees until apples are tender.Serve with ice cream.
1 (10 ounce) can Chicken Broth 2 or 3 carrots, chopped 1 or 2 potatoes, peeled and chopped in into bite-size pieces 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn 1 jar of Tostitos salsa con queso (medium) salsa cheese sauce 1 1/2 cups milk 1 (15 ounce) can whole-kernel white corn (or 1 pkg frozen) pepper to taste
Cook the potatoes and carrots in the chicken broth until tender. Stir in the cream-style corn, salsa cheese sauce and milk and cook 5 minutes. Add frozen or canned corn and heat until warm. Add pepper and any other seasonings desired. Thicken with a flour paste if needed.
1 can Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits* 1 stick margarine Parmesan cheese
Melt margarine.Cut each biscuit in half.Roll in melted margarine and then in parmesan cheese.Place in grease pie plate*.Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes.Cut apart.
*I use the flaky style biscuits.I also like to bake them in greased muffins tins.When done, just remove from tins with a fork.

8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup or 2 sticks unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Combine the sugar, cream cheese, butter, salt, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl and blend for 2 minutes.
