about 2 TBSP milk/ heavy whipping cream
about 2 TBSP Parmesan cheese
Seasoned salt & Pepper
Whip with electric mixer like you're making whipped cream. Whip until fluffy.
Add:
about 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 small cans diced green chiles
Pour into greased 8X8 pan, bake @ 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serve with hot sauce, salsa, bacon or more cheese!
