On stovetop:
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
4TB of melted butter
1 cup of evaporated milk
Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute
add 2 tsp of vanilla
Stir until all cocoa is well blended! Serve warm or refrigerate for later!
This is also summer yummy to dip strawberries in when hot!
