Ingredients
3 2/3 cups oat bran
1/2 cup brown sugar 2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 cup skim milk
1 cup prune juice
1 cup egg white
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup applesauce
¼ c. dark molasses
8-10 chopped dates
1 ½ c. chopped walnuts
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients & wet ingredients separately, then
combine. Pour into 24 muffin tins.Bake at 425 for 14-15 minutes.
